Volatility, uncertainty, confusion. These are words that describe what we all have lived through since March of 2020. I heard a quote that “the only thing that is certain is change” and that has certainly been true this past year. The question that you may be asking yourself is, “will 2021 be any different? Will it be a happy new year”? It depends on how you define happiness, but it is your choice. Abraham Lincoln said, “Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be.”

What I found that helped me to maintain my focus and thrive in 2020 was to ensure a healthy life foundation. The three things I focused on were developing and maintaining a healthy body, mindset and spirit.

The process that the Lord gave me in January 2020 I’ve called Life IQ Living. (He knows what we need even before we do). While it’s easy to get caught up in the latest news cycle, comparison with others, and the demands of a long to-do list, you can keep intentional daily practices to stay grounded and not be carried away by fear or anxiousness.

Life IQ Living has allowed me, and 65 others, to live true to who we are

in daily partnership with God.

You can learn more about Life IQ Living here. When you get there, you’ll want to download the Life IQ Living Template and start with the first recording from April 28, 2020. These practices will transform 2021 for you IF you act on them.

Finally, you can’t thrive in isolation. Come and join the complimentary Life IQ Living Community meetings each month. These will support your intentions to live above circumstances. The meetings are always on the last Tuesday of each month via Zoom. The next is on January 26 at 12noon ET. Register here to join the monthly meeting.
