Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching is for a coach who is pursuing International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialing as an Associate or Professional Certified Coach (ACC or PCC) or seeking CPLC (Certified Professional Life or Leadership Coach) through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute or desiring to jump-start their coaching business. This can be done one on one or in a group.

Private mentor coaching sessions to sharpen your coaching skills and staff cases from your private client caseload.

• Practice and preparation for your ICF oral evaluations with verbal feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Immediate feedback on your strengths and areas for continued improvement.
• Fulfillment of the 10-hour mentor coaching requirement (5 hours for PCCI certification).
• In-depth work to increase confidence in your coaching skills according to the ICF core competencies.
• Benefit of working with a PCC level coach with 20+ years experience.
• Recording of sessions, if desired, so you can listen to the calls again.
• Review of the portfolio approach to applying for your ACC or PCC credential, if needed.
