About Michael Pfau

Michael Pfau, M.Ed, PCC, BCC, is Founder and President of Crossways Life Coaching, LLC. He has over twenty-years of coaching experience specializing in several areas including relationships, business, career and life balance. Michael specializes in coaching Christian Attorneys to have success in both professional and personal life. Additionally Michael has taught and mentored hundreds of coaches since 2006 and is a current faculty member, and former Dean of Life Coaching, at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. He’s been married to Deanna for 38 years and they have two adult daughters and one grandson whom they find every excuse to spend time with. When not coaching, Michael enjoys time with family, reading history around WWII and traveling in the mid-Atlantic region with Deanna.
